Where you make a purchase through this Site, you are bound by the 90 Events by TGI Tours Online Terms And Conditions in relation to that purchase.

Limitation of Liability

These terms and conditions govern the use of 90EVENTS's TCR SMS application service. By using our TCR SMS application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Description of Service
90EVENTS's TCR SMS application allows users to receive SMS notifications about upcoming events, special offers, and other relevant updates from 90EVENTS. Users can opt-in by texting a designated keyword to a short code number provided by 90EVENTS. We are collecting phone numbers to send our e-tickets, promotions, cancellation or other important messages related to our events. Standard messaging rates apply. Users can opt-out at any time by texting STOP to the same short code number.

Eligibility
The TCR SMS application is only available to users who are 18 years of age or older. This service is only valid in the United States. 90EVENTS reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements at any time.

Privacy
We respect your privacy. The phone numbers collected through this SMS application will only be used to send relevant updates from 90EVENTS. We will not share or sell your personal information without your consent.

Frequency of Messages
By opting-in to receive SMS notifications, you consent to receiving up to 10 messages per month from 90EVENTS. Message frequency depends on the user's request and the season. You can expect less frequent messages during slower seasons.

Support
For support with the TCR SMS application, text HELP to our short code number. You'll receive a reply with instructions on how to use the service and options for unsubscribing. You can also get support by emailing support@90events.com.

Termination
90EVENTS reserves the right to modify or discontinue the TCR SMS application with or without notice to the user. We reserve the right to terminate any user's access to the service at any time for any reason.

Disclaimer
This TCR SMS application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 90EVENTS is not liable for any delays, delivery failures, or other damages resulting from the use of this service.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall 90EVENTS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the TCR SMS application.

Changes to Terms
90EVENTS may update these terms at any time. Using the 90EVENTS TCR SMS application after changes have been published constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.

Governing Law

Data collected online is stored in a Microsoft SQL database; a protected, secure data centre that is unreachable by the internet. 90 Events by TGI TOURS encrypts data sent from your computer to our systems during internet transactions. 90 Events by TGI TOURS also employs firewalls, intrusion detection systems and virus scanning tools to protect against unauthorised persons and viruses from entering our systems.

90 Events by TGI TOURS employees are required, as a condition of their employment, to treat personal information held by 90 Events by TGI TOURS as confidential, and to maintain the confidentiality of that personal information. They are also required sign in and use a password when accessing 90 Events by TGI TOURS systems and to undertake training about how to manage personal information.

Sometimes 90 Events by TGI TOURS will produce aggregated data. 90 Events by TGI TOURS may also receive aggregated data from its third party suppliers and contractors or business customers. • to venue operators and to promoters of events for which you purchase tickets. 90 Events by TGI TOURS discloses your personal information to such organisations for operational purposes and also because from time to time they may choose to provide you with information about their events by ordinary post. If you consent, these organisations may use this information to provide you with promotional and marketing material about their events via email. You may change your preference to receive email marketing at any time directly with the organisations which have obtained your information. • to sponsors, sporting clubs, authorised ticket onsellers and resellers who (unless they obtain a separate consent from you) use it for operational purposes only, for example, to provide you with additional information about the event or venue that you are attending; and
• to other TGI TOURS group companies and their contractors (such as data management providers). TGI TOURS group companies include TGI TOURS Live, TGI TOURS Insights, Eventopia and any entities that may in future become part of the TGI TOURS group of companies or in which TGI TOURS may have an interest. 90 Events by TGI TOURS may disclose your personal information to these entities for the purposes of, for example, ensuring that information collected is accurate, complete and up-to-date, producing anonymised and aggregated information for the benefit of other TGI TOURS companies, and enabling us and other TGI TOURS companies to better understand and meet your needs and interests.
